Fiat Uno? |

The front end seems to be a bit bizarre for me to be a Fiat Uno... |

It reminds Innocenti Mille (old Brasilian Uno), but to me it is more a 1st series Fiat Uno after home made customization (headlights are like in the old Italian Uno and are too narrow for the Mille). |

Any information about this specific grille seen at http://www.subito.it/auto/fiat-uno-turbo-i-e-caserta-52427057.htm and Link to "www.flickr.com" ? |

This pic is very helpful. It shows the hood, which was typical for the Brazilian Unos (Italian one had different). It was sold in Italy since 1988 under the Uno CS name. Maybe this body colored grille was introduced a bit later, I admit, I never saw before this car/version with this type of grille. |

This is a 1990-92 Uno CS 60, available only in 1988-92, as a 3-door and with the Brazilian 1116cc 60cv engine (derived from the 1050). It was based on the older Brazilian Fiat 147 wheelbase, which derived from 128's, with higher and less refined suspensions. Also the Duna, Duna Weekend, Uno I Van and Fiorino and Innocenti Elba sold in Europe were based on this wheelbase. Some differences between Uno CS and other Unos were the hood, the spare wheel placed into the hood and the fuel cap on the left side rather tan on the right. 1988-90 models had the ordinary Uno I black grille and orange indicators, 90-92 like this one had this painted and smaller grille and white blinkers. |

Looks like the official name for the facelifted model is Uno CS '90 https://www.automoto.it/catalogo/fiat/uno/60-3-porte-cs--90/19064 https://www.quattroruote.it/auto/fiat/uno/uno-60-3p-cs-90-021330199003 |

Well, I remember there were other instances in which cars were informally referred as such by the press (even though I can't recall any now), I don't believe it was a denomination present in official documents |
