Coccinelle yes, but not necessarily a 1302. This would have an engine lid with two (1971) or four (1972) vents. But anyways, it's a different lid here. If bumper and taillights are original, it can be also a 1300 (no 1200, no 1303). If the leuchtorange colour is original, it can be a 1972 or 1973 VW 1300. Or a 1972 1302 with an unoriginal engine lid. I cannot see if there is a banana vent or not - if not, the orange colour is not original. If yes AND the orange colour is original, then bumper and taillight aren't original. In this case it would be a 1972 basic 1200 (/vehicle_189561-Volkswagen-1200-Typ-1-1972.html) with "upgrade pimped" bumper and taillights. Not really simple, eeh?  The best choice would be: 1972/73 VW 1300 with a different engine lid.P.S. Or if engine lid, bumper, taillights and a missing banana vent are orginal -but not the orange colour!- it can be a 1968-1970 1300 or 1500  -- Last edit: 2013-07-02 20:27:50 |
