GMdesigner ◊ 2008-04-04 08:03	No, it's actually a 1964 Admiral A, very early April 1964-mid 1965 production, fitted with the pre-war 2.6 L 100 hp six. Note the "OPEL" block letter script on the front fender, which marks it as an early production 2.6L vehicle. Later Admirals with the 2.8L six had an "OPEL" badge mounted to the upper left side of the grille and the fender-mounted lettering was deleted. Diplomats always had an emblem mounted between the front wheel opening and front door for the entire production run from '64-'68
