dsl ◊ 2013-05-13 12:59	Aus-built 65-69 Mk1. Compared to /vehicle.php?id=594578, this has handlebar bumpers and inset door handles, so slightly higher spec. I guess it's Deluxe YDO5 with 998cc. Has wider wheels, but badge does not look Cooper.

dsl ◊ 2013-05-14 00:15	Update: noted that another Mini De Luxe /vehicle_172627-Morris-Mini-De-Luxe-YDO5-1965.html has non-handlebar bumpers and older door handles (and smaller bonnet badge). Therefore handlebar bumpers and inset door handles likely to mean a later than 65my, and may not be reliable for splitting YDO4 (Mini Minor 848cc) and YDO5 (Mini De Luxe 998cc). Further info needed.

dsl ◊ 2018-12-16 17:39	Yes. Bumps it to a 1969 Morris Mini 1100 De Luxe which was known as the Mini K, still YDO5 and despite small rear lights counts as a Mk2. There was also a plain Mini 1100 without the K tag.
