He's a total moron at all. His IQ is underneath the grass level, his English is a terrible joke, his German is not better (terrible dialect plus a chavy, uneducated mental condition). The paragon of a dull idiot from the countryside, without any education and behaviour, just with money and egotism. He even doesn't realise, that for whole Germany his appearing in any medias is a pain in the ass.

 A propos Cobra 11 producers: There's anothers mistake they made in this scene. The actress on the passenger seat is actually far too old to come into question as "Loddar's" girlfriend. It's just not convincing.

 I checked it on wikipedia, there it sais, that she is the girlfriend Loddar had when filming this scene (in which he does not have much text).
