G-MANN ◊ 2007-07-19 00:21	Well this reason is probably because those cars have been imported from America and haven't been designed specifically for Britain's right hand drive system. Although there are some American cars sold in Britain as RHD versions, like the Jeep Cherokee, Chrsyler Voyager, Chrysler Neon and Chrysler PT Cruiser. But many American cars aren't available in Britain's new car market, you can only get them by special import and therefore they'll be LHD.
G-MANN ◊ 2007-07-19 00:32	It's not illegal to drive a LHD in Britain but it's more awkward to drive a LHD car in a country where they drive on the left side of the road, so if a company is going to market cars to Britain they'll convert them to RHD.
