If I remember well, the 'T' was the van version, the 'Familiare' the passenger version.
I think this is a 1965 Fiat 850 Familiare.

Differences:850 T had only 2 rounded headlamps,850 Familiare had quad headlamps(shared by Fiat 1300-1500),coque and engines are the same(but 850 T has got only 903cc.,while 850 Familiare was powered either with 843 cc.of Fiat 850 Berlina, and later with the 903cc.of Fiat 850 Sport Coupč,detuned--was the same also fitted ,but on front axle,on 1969 Autobianchi A112 and 1971 Fiat 127);both versions were then unified in 1976 as Fiat 900T,in one body
