With this "hard top", after 1985 could be 31514/3152 too, and there were also some special version prepared by importers.

Marbros in Italy hadn't imported never 31512,so that must be(judging by early '80s Italian plate)a circa 1983-1984
UAZ 469-B with Importer-fitted hardtop and maybe with non-original factory engine('80s engine availabilities were Peugeot 505's diesel turbo 2.3,Fiat 131's 2.0 DOHC gasoline and Fiat Argenta's 2.5 diesel)

PS I say was a 1st mid-'80s UAZ,'cause bottom at grille shown the sticker with the legend"CAMPIONE D'ITALIA 1982"(=1982 World Champion),related at victory of 469-B into 1982 Autocross Italian Championship,Prototypes Category, won with at wheel of it(a "bigfooted"UAZ)the Italian driver Gabriele Consolazio,a goal that was exploited by Italian Importer(that sponsored the driver)also into UAZ printed ads for promote sales of vehicle

Not Martinelli, but Martorelli Bros.,also Importers of other Russian Brands, like Lada(Niva,2104),Dnepr(MT 9 and MT 10 sidecar-bikes),GAZ(69M/AM,1969-1973),apart UAZ(another vehicle imported that they imported was the 452 as van,pick-up,mixed-van and minibus)
