If it helps operator seems to be 'Sacramento Metro'.

This is a Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transit Agency bus:

Sacramento is in northern California, nowhere near Los Angeles.

P.S. Based on the fleet number in the thumbnail, it's a TMC RTS made in 1992-1993:

My mistake, it seemed to read Sacramento on the side, even though this film isn't made or set there. I must have misread it.

The train fits Sacramento. Sacramento used to have one of the largest train repair hubs in the country and was the original western endindg spot for the Transcontinental Railroad.

@jettalover: it was a Scottish group http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Middle_of_the_Road_%28band%29 and the clip was clearly filmed in Scotland. Just have a look at the bckground scenery ;)
