The registration is 302HYP, the Autotrader site has a record for this but for some reason the DVLA doesn't

Vehicle Registration Mark 302HYP
Make ROLLS-ROYCE
Model OTHER CARS (oh that's bloody helpful!)
Transmission & fuel type PETROL
Body Type LIMOUSINE
Colour BLACK

However... a Rolls carrying the same plate is already listed on this site! /vehicle_112890-Rolls-Royce-Phantom-IV-4BP7-1954.html?PHPSESSID=8a3ad0ac52173e20d2425483e1a19d41

This is M's (Bernard Lee) house, so this must be M's car.

This was Princess Margaret's car. I don't know if she still owned it when this was filmed, but whatever the case, here's the wikipedia: Purchased by Princess Margaret, she chose Pegasus designed by Edward Seago and made (by Louis Lejeune Ltd, London) as her mascot. Fitted with an adjustable seat in case the Princess wished to drive herself. The car, still in its original black color and featuring its Pegasus hood ornament, was offered for sale by The Real Car Company of Bethesda, Gwynedd, North Wales in 2008. No selling price was published but the company states that it sold for "somewhere around $750,000."
