Custom stretched limousine on Cadillac chassis by independent coach builder. The base car may have been a Fleetwood model but "Fleetwood" did NOT sign the conversion so it really is a misnomer to call it a "Cadillac Fleetwood".

What does he mean here? He refers to "Fleetwood" like it's another company, but on wikipedia it says GM bought the Fleetwood Body Company in 1925 (which used to be a coachbuilder) and it seems like hasn't existed as a company for a very long time, so by the 1980s there wouldn't have been any "Fleetwood" to sign anything, it was all under Cadillac/GM.

Also, in the 1980s there was no commercial chassis by Cadillac, so stretched Fleetwood is nothng more than stretched Fleetwood.

Here's a better source then wikipedia; of course the same could be said for reading your Alphabet soup.

Is anything I've said above actually false? Wikipedia is quite reliable for most things, they require sources of information to be cited, and it's is a good place to get quick, basic info. I mean, thanks for showing me that site but that's a lot of text to read through.
