It kind of looks like a 1950-54 Chevy Bel Air hardtop. And I don't think it's a sedan. It looks like it's just a two-door to me. I don't see another door line in the back. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chevrolet_Bel_Air |

1953 Cadillac. Coupe de Ville |

It definitely is a 1950 Bel Air. Compare the two pictures. It's the other side, but it's clearly the same. -- Last edit: 2013-01-16 19:10:40 |

The C-piller doesn't seem to agree |

The rear and side windows are the same shape as the one in the thumbnail. I think it might just be distortion due to the dark. |

That vertical chrome strip just after the front door makes me say Cadillac. |

The Bel Air also has that chrome strip. And big dave, do you really live in the Vatican? I don't think a cardinal is a memeber of IMCDb. -- Last edit: 2013-01-19 02:42:10 |

I lightened the photo and between the rear side window and the rear window is a piece of chrome trim as on a Cadillac. To DM-491, no, I don't live at the Vatican. This was my error when I registered, but I decided to leave it. |

I still think it's a Cadillac. It's surely not a Bel Air body as seen where the C-pillar meets the rear window glass. |

I agree, it's most defintely a 1950-53 Cadillac Series 62 2-door. No way it's a Chevy. There's different roofline, trim and front fenders on a Chevy. -- Last edit: 2013-02-04 15:52:13 |
