I don't think there is such a thing as a Q-suffix plate, but that's what it appears to be. Must have been made-up for the film. |

The film was set in the near future, so they skipped a few date letters ahead. Q would have been August 1976 – July 1977, but it was missed and R was used instead. Link to "en.wikipedia.org" |

I have just purchased a series 2a station wagon, which i have the paper work to say that stanley Kubrick the director of clockwork orange owned my series 2a. she was registered in 1968, i also have a snippet from a book, auto biography of kubrick's life, he used the series 2a to carry the film cells from clockwork orange to the lab to be edited. now i need to find out if my station wagon is the one used in the film!!! |

Hi just to say the Land Rover I have purchased mentioned above is the one from Clockwork Orange, it has been confirmed from very reliable sources.It was given to Stanley Kubricks wife after filming clockwork orange was filmed by Stanley. Yippee and now I have it!!!!!!!! |
