The front looks something like a Standard Vanguard Phase I with extra windows to me. But it does not have the hood/bonnet ornament?

The flying 'A' hood ornament is missing and side window frames are too narrow for a woody. Plus the central divider in the side window would be further back in the A70 estate car.

This is a Hillman Minx estate. The Mark III Minx began production in 1948, and this body style lasted through Mark VIII, the production of which ended in 1956. The estate was identical to the saloon at the front and used the same front doors. but the roof line was 5 inches higher and extended horizontally to the back end where two doors at the tail opened from the centre. A short wheel base version with a 9 inch shorter wheel base known as the Husky was added to the range from 1954.

Congratulations samyuk. :)

From pictures of the saloon it looks like Mk.IV to Mk.VII (not possible to identify without seeing the front)

Thank you, and I think I would also thank Esperantisto for identifying it as a Hillman.
