This is actually a 1974 or newer model due to the 5mph bumpers. I believe the 'bavaria' name was dropped for 1975-1976 and looking at the trunk it does appear to have a 'bavaria' emblem on it. So it is most likely a 1974 bavaria. |

For the US market, "Bavaria" was the basic version and 3.0S was higher-trim, 3.0Si was higher-trim and fuel injected. The 5mph one like here can be a Bavaria (the wide script looks like it is) so it's likely a 1974 as they stopped offering the basic Bavaria model in 75/76. |
