Yes, a C is rear-wheel drive, with K representing all-wheel drive. The lower control "A" arms are visible thus its rear-wheel drive only. 15 signifies a half-ton class. The badges for half-tons between the 1974 and 1980 model years have the number "15", only, not "1500".
