New to me, certainly. My initial research suggests it may have been built by Wagner. |

^ That's what I understood also. I also found references to 'Wagnermobile'. Anyways these were built in Portland, Oregon at least from 1930's to around 1970's... |

Scoopmobile was bought by Wabco in 1968 and sold as such from that point on (not relevant in a 1967 movie, but worth noting for future reference). A small number were built in New Zealand and sold as Moore-Hewco Scoopmobile: Link to "www.contrafedpublishing.co.nz" Wagner also made something called the Tractormobile; we might have some hiding in the unknowns: http://www.wagnertractors.com/tr9.html |
