Although the wheels are the same, it's right hand drive instead of left hand drive, and has a European-style numberplate bracket instead of a narrower North American-style one. Hammond did say that when Peirce Brosnan took the role in the first three films as Bond, that these cars were a series of poor choices for Bond's vehicles: .BMW M3 from Brosnan's first film; Goldeneye was only used by Bond for three seconds on the film. .BMW 750I from "Tomorrow Never Dies" was a vehicle that only a salesman for a rental car company would drive. .BMW Z8 from "The World Is Not Enough" wasn't in a chase, but was in the film and only fired a missile before being cut in half. -- Last edit: 2015-09-14 15:24:56
