I have convinced myself that this is a 1935 Morris Twelve-Four.
The coachwork is not the same as the factory coachwork shown in the link, but the model was available as chassis only and the body could have been built by a small firm. Allowing for the front damage, the bonnet and radiator look right, and those are certainly Morris wheels with the hub caps long gone.

Agreed it is a 1935 Morris Light Van 10-cwt http://www.morrisregister.co.uk/35twvan/

As said would be supplied as chassis, front end and scuttle; the appearance when enlarged is all the same.

Another, also suggested by johnfromstaffs as being the 1935 10-cwt van, found here...

Complete body as standard Morris 8-10cwt van 13.9hp 1802cc engine and not based on the 12/4.

1934 model not 1935
