Reversing lights = 1977+ and no indicator on front wings so pre 1986 also no tints or hrw so 77-86 date range seems about right, and too early for any Cooper. Colour looks Surf blue which was one of the final 1999 Cooper colours, so a repaint. Non standard wheels (possibly from a later edition), but arches look OK for 1985+. Mayfair had tints so excluded, which leaves just 1985 Mini City.
