1) it's already listed. 2) there is no double consonant in stasjonsvogn, unless you speak with a nasty East-end dialect (mostly heard in rural areas). -- Last edit: 2012-08-21 20:28:12 |

I've expected comment 2) I was too lazy to check the correct spelling. And yes, I cannot speak or write Norwegian. I haven't been there either. Just the reading is partly possible, because it's the same language-family as German. And yes, my English is not perfect either ( /movie.php?id=1727360 ), but anyways, mostly I'm able to make myself understood, which is the main topic. Therefore my German orthography is really good and although I've picked up some wee local slang, I'm able to talk accent-free German either (I grew up, where the clearest German is spoken) - which on the other hand can cause terrifying experiences. Then you recognize easily and immediately, how horribly wrong many other are writing and pronounce the mother-language. Awful. And you get the impression, that it's became worse in the last years. |
