It is also possible that it came from an earlier model shown at /vehicle_500855-Ford-F-250-1972.html But, I'll be using this one as a reference point from here. Indeed, it is the Modulance body which I found it at http://www.emsmuseum.org/virtual-museum/history/articles/399536-Modulance From Fools (#3.16) at 11:00 - :
