Chevrolet Scottsdale K-30 |

The model name is indeed K-30. However, the front grille would indicate that this is a 1981-1982 model equipped with Custom Deluxe trim. |

If I remember correctly 'Scottsdale' can be read on the fender in the movie (which is why I posted it that way) |

For some reason I thought that only the Custom Deluxe models had the single headlights on either side. But I just did some quick checking and it appears Scottsdale's had them that way too. My apologies. |

Rear plate 2S01920 is seen on Buick Somerset page. CA smog test site says it's a '82 C30. |

It’s a K-30 for sure. The front live drive-axle with hypoid differential is visible, and so is the transfer case unit. Its four-wheel drive, more specifically, conventional four-wheel drive. Someone probably entered C-30 in the vehicle database, not knowing the difference. |
