Part of the 1947-55 Chevrolet Advance-Design trucks line, and apparently without vent windows, so a 1947-50 model. (3100: 196.625"/4.99m long // 3800: 227.625"/5.78 m long - no other model was possible for the Advance-Design trucks line) More likely a 1-ton 3800 panel.
