Looks like a Magirus-Deutz "Eckhauber" or TAM 170, but the headlamps are unusual:

:think: Somewhere on Wikipedia there's a comment, that in Egypt Magiruses -it's definetely based on one- were assembled under license since the early 60ies. But I cannot find the link right now.

NASCO had a licence to built Magirus Eckhauber since 1959, and even was allowed to built the 1980 Eckhauber ,
under the condition to change the front so it doesn´t look like a Magirus anymore!
Right in that way it is done here with 1959 design
the headlamps could be of the new egyptian Eckhauber
NASCO also put the headlamps in the bumpers

And for the non-German speaking "Eckhauber" means something like "Hood with sharp corners" (@andrepa, any better suggestion?), as a nickname, thus the full name is something like "1980 NASCO `Eckhauber`"
