You're right, it ahsn't side indicators and orange back indicator lenses. And the back plate is cobbled on the bumper, not mounted at the correct place.

Where was this movie filmed? But there's annother original American detail - the trashbins, better to see on the GMC-pic. The classic one, well-known from: http://whudat.de/images/sesamestreet_sure_shot.jpg
But are they still in use in the USA nowadays?

Ah, in Finland, Germany and Austria according Wikipedia ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Iron_Sky ) but on the German Wiki-page is written "Australien" ?!
Now I remember a review in the magazine. It shall be tasteless trash, against all political correctness - but very funny and enjoyable.

Most trashbins in the U.S. are made from plastics in the 21st century; in the 20th century metal ones were used.
