The main car is a 2009 model as denoted by the "09" at the end of the NYPD license plate. The silver one is not a 2010+ model as it has the Impala badge on the C-pillar. |

It can only be one. Carfax, as you porobably know now, can list all available trims. Reasoning, from my VIN decoding research, is some manufacturers do not put trim level characters in the VIN anymore. That information comes from the build sheet sadly.... To answer your question it is one or the other |
