It's not a real RMP. It could be any year, I also don't remember seeing any Louisvilles repainted to that colour for the ESU. |

Yes it is. Red and clear is NYS compliant. Some NYC agencys also use them. |

I mean the shape, the type of lightbar it is, It is obviously a movie prop, as no NYPD ESU units got this type of lightbar. Most were the FS Twinsonics. |
