The air vents on the side of the engine cover look like those of the Isuzu TWD, but the cab is older, more like the one of the Toyota 2DW. |

Isuzu TX21 (1954-) It was produced for re-armed Japan, and was sold to the civilian like the dam construction etc. (JGSDF calls them simply 2 1/2 Carrier) *1951-54 model (rouver is differlent) ![]() |

My pleasure ![]() It doesn't relate on the design side and the history side either. This TX21 is a successor of wartime/postwar Isuzu TU80. Isuzu TX,TU series were produced from prewar, but Toyota (2DW, FQ, 2FQ...) were postwar model. I don't know why they are looks alike ![]() |
