It doesn't relate on the design side and the history side either. This TX21 is a successor of wartime/postwar Isuzu TU80. Isuzu TX,TU series were produced from prewar, but Toyota (2DW, FQ, 2FQ...) were postwar model. I don't know why they are looks alike
