"COE" is not the model, it just means cab over engine

I know COE means cab over, but a lot of makes including Western Star, Marmon, Chevrolet, Ford, and Dodge also used COE as the model name.

In 1994 trucks catalogue it is described as White "WHE" series. Then there are 3 sub-types with "COE" in the name: just "COE", "High COE" and "Axle Back High COE" whatever it means.
The one here looks like "High COE", but no idea how the "Axle Back High COE" looks alike (and if there were any differences at the front).
