If it were a JDM-spec Aristo, it would have these two slots right below the fog lamps. No doubt that such openings exist on export-market GS300s. I don't see any sort of bulges where those two slots are supposedly placed either. It just looks smooth. For reference, here's what the bumper of a JDM Aristo looks like.
