 This one is a Norton, a single cylinder model. Can't see enough to tell wherther it is an racing ohc Manx model or just a modified pushrod ohv road bike. It does look as though it has a proper racing fuel tank though.

Not only but we are in the race paddock (a grassy and bucolic one, if there were any). So, Manx is very very probable.

(Let's make it a '1963', the last to be produced.)
