I never noticed the text at the bottom before, but it would appear that the screencap was used as a poster sometime after the film's video release.

Here's some more captures I found with Google Images.

This one is rather poor, since the lower portion is cut.

So it seems the one from the movie, but with text at the bottom, is the best we have right now.

So, which of those photos should we use?

It would be good to make a better one from the movie, but if nobody has it we would have to use what you found... I do not know which one is the best (or less bad :D)

Of the three, the black and white capture seems to be the best.

Why do all Checker entries end up as Taxicab?

Because they are Taxicabs.

Not all Checkers were built as cabs.

You can actually see at least one other similar Checker on that street, which would make sense.

I have two more, but I they can't seem to compress for upload.

Thanks
For upload as long as it is converted to jpeg or png and that you have enabled the "auto resize" option in the upload form, it should work fine

I do have auto resize checked, but when I upload a photo to convert to jpeg, it comes up with the image too big message.

By the way, check out those rates. 95¢ for the first 50 metres, and 50¢ each additional 50 metres? Talk about inflation!

I used a third party image hosting site for these two.

There might be a limit to 2 MB or something like that

3 stars it was sadly only used in the first half of the movie
