dsl ◊ 2012-03-16 14:34	1978+ for small black plate lights (reduced format introduced for 77my but chromed for that year only). There were various run-out limited editions - including one called Limited Edition in black - for US and CDN from 79, but these had more bands in the stripes and 5-pointed starfish alloys. So I think these are dealer-applied stripes.
