Was Germany the only country, where this foldable triangle (rljuna2: illuminated ) was mandatory? It was a regulation, valid between 1938 and 1956 over here ( http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anh%C3%A4ngerdreieck ), it has to be used for tours with a trailer. P.S.
