A large American from the early 1920s. The hubcaps suggest it might be a Packard.

The fact that it has two wheel brakes makes it a First Series car so somewhere between mid 1922 and late 1923. The serial number is quoted in the link at bramclassicauto provided by Weasel1984. The Second Series models with four wheel brakes were introduced in December 1923.
