What do you mean? What info does the plate give?  They changed the style for 2004, so if it is a 1999+ it is 1999-2003 I suppose. |

Wow! The license plate says it’s a 2005 model!!!  Something must be wrong with the registry, because unless that truck came from another alternate universe, SVT ended production of the F-150 Lighting in 2004 (along with other SVT products like the Mustang SVT Cobra) The Ford F-150 SVT Lightning never made it to the 2005 model year. |

They could have re-licensed the vehicle, that happens. Specially in this case where it may have been converted to right hand drive so it could have needed to be licensed again to be road legal again. |

The year code on UK plates indicates the date of registration, not the model year. If production of the F-150 SVT ended in 2004, this could just have hung around for a while at the dealer before being sold and registered. Not in Britain. If it had been registered previously in a foreign country, it would get a backdated UK registration number based on the date of first registration. Not found on DVLA site or mycarcheck.com so probably a false registration. Although it is possible it was converted from left to right hand drive is it more likely (or possible) this is an Australian import? |

Seeing a Ford something-SVT with a plate ending by SVT made me think to a fake or "custom selected" plate, so it does not go in that numbering system I suppose. |
