1200 - later colour, 65-66 onwards? Maybe E plate for 67?

 When is this movie set? Can the illuminated traffic sign (@rljuna2: :hello: ) maybe an anachronism?

The illuminated arrow bollard thingy is probably correct for the 1970s, and I wouldn't be surprised if it replaced a newer one for filming.

But the humps in /vehicle_467838-Austin-FX4-1973.html didn't exist back then.

Yes the illuminated arrow bollard is correct for the period.

A quick google search suggests speed humps in Europe were first used in the Netherlands in about 1970 with the UK introduction probably in the 1980s. The flat-topped 'speed-tables', 'traffic islands for speed control' and 'gateway' schemes are from the 1990s (regulations introduced by about 1994).
