DVLA details (as make -> other -> ALVIS TD21) are: Date of Liability 01 08 2013 Date of First Registration 04 09 1959 Year of Manufacture 1959 Cylinder Capacity (cc) 2993cc CO2 Emissions Not Available Fuel Type PETROL Export Marker N Vehicle Status Unlicensed Vehicle Colour BLUE Vehicle Type Approval Not Available According to the footage it is meant to tow a caravan (possibly a Sprite Highwayman, but I'm guessing the model), but no actual towing is shown, and the towhook looks incredibly flimsy.
