Looking at the thumbnails, it is evident that two different cars were used as there is also an older 1999-2002 model seen in most of those thumbnails. If I could see the steering wheel or the rear passenger-side quarter panel, I could narrow down the model year for the main vehicle.

Laqueesha wrote Supposed to be Louisiana State Police, but livery is wrong. EDIT: Upon closer inspection, it looks like it was a Chicago P.D. livery, and some Louisiana decals were pasted over it.
