I go for a 1943 Mercedes L 701 http://fahrzeuge-der-wehrmacht.de/Artikel/Mercedes_L701.html  It is a Opel Blitz-front (at least a complete Opel Blitz), but it has the Einheitskabine, as all trucks after 1943/44 had to have.
