Maybe to find on the list, Gag has digged out a time ago?

Gag Halfrunt wrote Most Japanese cars in North Korea are right hand drive, imported secondhand from Japan. Until the Japanese government banned North Korean ships from visiting Japanese ports a few years ago, the North Korean government bought a lot of goods from Japan, often via ethnic Korean businessmen.

I can't find an exact match, but it's similar to the Chollima 74, 82 and 84 and the Jipsan 74.

Erik van Ingen Schenau says that North Korean trolleybuses are more or less hand-built, so perhaps it's one of the models I've mentioned with a few detail differences.

Shape of the grill fit to the Chollima 74, and front window could be replaced years later...
