We've identified this vehicle using the details you provided BENTLEY MULSANNE V8 MDS AUTO 2013 Registration number: RB 1 Body type: 4 Door Saloon Colour: Grey Date of first registration: May 2013 Apparently only 25 RHD of these JY RRs 2-doors were made, so not many green ones likely. I wonder if it's this green oddball now in Ontario which has suffered "a LHD conversion was started on this car without switching the dash over, giving the buyer the option of finishing left or right hand drive to preference" - in other words a half-completed balls-up. Its VIN is given elsewhere as CRH1463. |

... or maybe I spoke too soon. The first JY 2-door was also Brewster green, RHD, chassis CRH1067, delivered in Jan 66 with a book photo showing JB 1 plate ... ![]() |

"JB1" was of course, the registration mark used by Jack Barclay, who purchased James Young in 1937. |

Note that the RB1 plate in the movie may have been a prop plate or borrowed to match the initials of the character owning the car (Robert Blossom, played by Richard Attenborough). As an aside, a close-up of the badges: ![]() |
