 1967/ early 1968 DS indeed (combination of third nose and "dip dash"). I am quite sure this is a Henri Chapron "usine" Cabriolet/ Decapotable - the little chrome insert ahead of the rear wheel and the shape of the boot/ trunk are rather characteristic.

 Indeed, model year 1968, with those new headlamps. Model year 1969 already got rectangular buttons on the dahboard.
