Although this photo is headed Hooper body ambulance it is in fact a Barker body version. The ambulance belongs to Surrey County Council and has the Surrey shield on the side. The Hooper bodies only had one waist band whereas the Barker - which were much more common - had two as shown here. Surrey Ambulance Service did have some Hopper bodied versions. |
