 D plate = 86-87. Can't match plates for D 324/334 with KTX, KVX or KYX, but Dxxx KTX seems the only genuine series issued.

 Looks like a long wheelbase with Wadham Stringer Lifeliner bodywork. LAS had loads in the 80s.
