Rizzoli and Isle was shot in Los Angeles. Can't it just be a "disguised" rented vehicle? (And how could have it been replaced by a 2010 model, as the TopKick/Kodiak were removed from the catalog in 2010?) → 2003+ by default -- Last edit: 2017-04-15 21:19:54 |

Definitely a Braun as that is what Boston used. https://municibid.com/Listing/Details/18268602 - example Link to "www.publicservicevehicles.com" - retired fleet Link to "www.umassmedia.com" - talks about 5-8 years before they are retired. By 2011 it would not be uncommon for Boston to have auctioned off a few 2005/2006 models right before filmed commenced. That would be 4-5 years of service. They look too real to be mockups. I would say a vehicle rental company bought a few Boston sold after retirement. The only thing missing is the unit number. Boston used C-4500 models. |

It could just be stock footage if it's a 1-star vehicle. |

I overthought the situation. Never even occurred to me it could be stock footage ![]() |
