I think it's a Series 11, from 1925-27 (circa). |

My book says that the cars that look like this were the Series 11 which ran from March 1925 to the end of 1926, the Series 11-B which ran from January 1927 to October 1927. From the new Series 12-A - the first Franklin with four wheel brakes - hard to see here - they had no centre piece in that circle at the front, which the Series 11 cars had. I think this car is a 1928 Series 12-A or 1928 1/2 Series 12-B - and by this time the model name was Airman 5 or Airman 7 depending on the wheelbase. |

nzcarnerd is correct -- it's the same car as in "Changeling" 1927 11-B. Belongs to a friend. |
