DAF555 ◊ 2011-09-25 00:27	1500 didn´t reach production until october 1962 so they are 1963+ The badge is on the same spot for the 1800, at least on early cars, and chrome along the side of the car also points towards 1800, 1964+
dsl ◊ 2011-09-25 00:44	If you're right about the chrome side strip being 1800 only, then it looks as if the BMW film "Der 1500" - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c6r65Y3N4uw - which has much of the footage used in this film mixes 1500s with several 1800s. As the commentary is in German I've no idea what they're saying or whether it explains those 1800s.
