 I know it's a C-30, and quite and old one. I can't see the grille that well, so it could be anywhere between 1973 and 1979.

 Main ambulance is a 1977-1978 C-30 Cheyenne.

I honestly think that the one from episode 4.14 is the same one, just re-painted and re-marked to reflect the takeover of the NYC EMS by the FDNY.
